skate 2+ hours and some stuff earlier

run 2 miles 15:30 easy-ish pace (it's been a while)

4 rds
20x push ups
20x sit ups
4x strict pull ups

a few hours later:
skate for 2 hours. crowded small rink, but still, steady skating.

do my skates still fit?

Skate: 3 hours of mixed sprinting, extended skating fast for several minutes with varying rest, and knowing my legs will really hurt tomorrow.
