very little to no intensity... slow, focused more on form.

13 mile hike at wallace falls state park. 2300' elevation gain. 5 hours? stopped with the dogs and took lots of pictures...

last week...
7 mile hike at Mt Rainier while Joey was in town.
2800' elevation gain. Started at 6000' and finished at 8800'.
3 hours.
