at home... not really working out.

5rds all done with 2x 25# kb

6x front squats
6x kb snatch
6x push press
6x bent over row
6x dl

very little to no intensity... slow, focused more on form.

10 rds
30/30 plank with 5 push ups during 30 sec rest.
