sunday morning run

no idea on distance...

run 25 mins, walk 5, run 10 mins, walk 10 mins, run 15 mins, keep walking till I made it home...

I have no idea how long that last bit of walking was...
My knee felt mostly good. I called it quits on the running because I thought I felt my knee become more tight and I didn't want to push it.
