7x right arm kb snatch (15 sec)/15 sec off
280x kb snatch each arm
The first 15 rds for each arm were completed with 30#kb. The remaining 25 rds, a 25# kb was used.
40 minutes total time with HR around 164 bpm at the end of each 15 sec rest.
