Get back to it.

1) 5 Rounds
30x step ups,  2x 20# dumbbells on 20" box
5x thrusters, 65#
5x toes to bar
15x kb swings, 44#

2) Run
5 miles

Easy run, considering my legs were fried after the 1st part. Lungs were fine, legs were tired.

3) max push ups in 60 secs
rest two minutes
max 60 sec sit ups
pu: 41, su: 40
